Brackish Bar was created from a love of gathering, celebrating, and sharing the flavors of Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

We’re Savannah & Sydney — two friends brought together by oysters, community, and the simple joy of bringing people around a table.

Savannah is Eastern Shore born and raised, with deep roots in the local water and seafood culture that make this place so special. Sydney has called the Shore home for the past six years and quickly fell in love with its charm, its people, and — of course — its oysters. Together, we built Brackish Bar to showcase the beauty and flavor of the region we’re proud to call home.
